Tinkers Barn Estate offers a truly unique country location for your special day. The tree lined drive, courtyard reception, lawn and stretch marquee with 360 degree uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape provide a picturesque foundation for your bespoke celebration.
Our Story
Having got married in the countryside with a festival style theme we put our longstanding dream of moving to somewhere with quiet far-reaching views with the potential to start our family business - a smallholding and wedding venue. We began hunting for the right property and after a long search we came across Tinkers Barn and saw all its potential. Since moving here in November 2018 our focus was not only turning it into a family home but also setting up the family business. Digger work, and thousands of laps on the mower later, the landscape began to take shape towards the wedding venue. Whilst the grounds were recovering it allowed us to divert our efforts to the top paddock to establish the small holding. Our orchard, raised vegetable beds and free range Chickens were the start and soon our rare breed pigs will join the setup so standby for future updates. We are now at the stage of being able to offer our beautiful grounds for weddings from early summer 2021 with flexible options to make each occasion bespoke.
